🌾 Gluten-free / celiac travel
Gluten-free in 10 European cities.
Celiac disease requires zero cross-contamination — not just “gluten-friendly” menus. We flag venues with dedicated GF kitchens, separate fryers, and celiac-association certification. When a city doesn’t have them, we say so.
Each city guide below lists specific venues — not vague “Gluten-free-friendly” hand-waving — cross-referenced with OpenStreetMap tags and, where it exists, local certification. We name the neighbourhoods where options cluster, flag the cities where choices are genuinely thin, and link every guide back to that city's full trip planner so you can build gluten-free eating into a real itinerary rather than treating it as an afterthought.
