1. Who we are

Tripozi is operated by Usługi Informatyczne Szymon Łysek, jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (Polish sole proprietorship), NIP 9372480969, based in Bielsko-Biała, Polska. Contact: [email protected].

2. Service description

Tripozi publishes three categories of content:

• AI-generated itineraries and destination guides — built with Google Gemini (Flash Lite model). Outputs are informational, not authoritative.
• Accessibility + dietary venue directories — sourced from OpenStreetMap contributor-verified tags, refreshed weekly. Venue existence and status is as current as OSM’s most recent update, typically within days of real-world changes.
• Visa-requirement matrix — manually curated against official government sources (ministries of foreign affairs, embassies, immigration authorities). Every entry links to the primary source and shows its last verification date.

In all cases: hours, prices, availability, and safety conditions change. Verify critical information (border requirements, restaurant reservations, transport timetables) with the relevant official source before travel. Where we cite an authority (Japan MOFA, Singapore ICA, OpenStreetMap, etc.), that authority is the source of truth — we aggregate and present, we don’t override.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape our content for commercial use without permission.
• Automate requests beyond what a reasonable human would generate.
• Use Tripozi to plan travel that is illegal in origin or destination jurisdiction.

4. AI limitations

AI can and does make mistakes. Place names, addresses, or opening hours may be incorrect or outdated. Treat the itinerary as a starting draft. We make no warranty that any recommended business is currently operating.

5. Affiliate commissions

Booking and activity links may pay us a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We do not favor partners in recommendations — ranking is by relevance only.

6. Premium (future)

If you subscribe to Tripozi Pro, payments are processed by Paddle (acting as merchant of record). Paddle handles VAT / sales tax collection and remittance globally. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; there are no refunds for partial months.

7. User-generated content

If you submit a check-in (photo, comment, visit date) via our forms, you grant Tripozi a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish that content with your first name + visit month attached. You retain ownership. You confirm that any identifiable people in photos consented to publication. We moderate submissions before publication; we may decline to publish without stating a reason.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripozi is not liable for travel losses, missed bookings, or decisions made based on itinerary or directory content. Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid for Tripozi services in the prior 12 months, or $100, whichever is less. This does not affect statutory consumer rights which cannot be contractually excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes: courts competent for the operator's registered seat, or EU ODR platform for consumer claims.
