The Brazil-Korea visa exemption agreement allows Brazilians up to 90 days of tourism without a visa, but a K-ETA must be approved BEFORE boarding. Brazil is not covered by the temporary K-ETA waiver that runs to 31 December 2026 — that applies to 22 other countries — so unlike US or EU travellers, Brazilians still have to apply. Do it at least 72 hours ahead on the official k-eta.go.kr; approval lasts 3 years. Correction 2026-07-27: an earlier version described the requirement as 'reinstated in January 2026', which wrongly implied Brazil had been exempt during 2023-2025.
