Notes
Thailand extended US visa-exempt stay from 30 to 60 days in July 2024 under a permanent regulation. Extension possible for additional 30 days at immigration office. HEADS-UP (July 2026): Thailand's cabinet approved replacing the blanket 60-day exemption with a tiered system (30 days for most nationalities); it takes effect 15 days after Royal Gazette publication, which has not happened yet — the 60-day rule applies today, but re-check close to travel.
